1. What the site does

RankedTours is an information service. We list hotels, show indicative prices and link to Trip.com, where you can check live prices and book. We are not a travel agent, we do not sell accommodation, and we are not a party to any booking you make.

2. Bookings

All bookings, payments, changes, cancellations and refunds are handled by Trip.com and the hotel, under their terms and conditions. Please read them before you book. Questions about a booking should go to Trip.com.

3. Prices and information

Prices shown on RankedTours are indicative lowest prices collected from Trip.com on the date stated and are not an offer. The price for your dates, taxes, fees and availability are shown on Trip.com and may differ. Hotel names, photos, star ratings and descriptions come from public listings; we work to keep them accurate but they are provided "as is" and may be out of date. Always check the details on Trip.com before you pay.

4. Third-party sites

Links to Trip.com and other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not copy the site's content in bulk, scrape it with automated tools, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The site's design, text and code belong to RankedTours. Hotel photos, names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the hotels. Trip.com is a trademark of its owner; RankedTours is not affiliated with or endorsed by Trip.com beyond participating in its affiliate programme.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RankedTours is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, from reliance on the information on it, or from any booking or stay. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may change the site or these terms at any time. The date at the top shows when the terms last changed; continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
