The room was in a great location, right in the middle of the main street, and the decor was cozy and warm! I told them I had three suitcases, and Lilijia helped me carry them upstairs. She even reserved a room with only one staircase. She also helped me call a taxi. Breakfast was served at the hotel across the street, and it was very rich. I would definitely stay again!

    We stayed at the Premier Inn Glastonbury at the start of the summer holidays while visiting Wookey Hole, Cheddar Gorge, Glastonbury Tor and Clarks Village. The hotel was really well located for exploring the area. Our room was lovely and clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. A great base for a family trip, and we would happily stay here again.
