Everything about this hotel is excellent. Compared to other hotels in China (besides the Mandarin Oriental in Beijing), it's truly on another level. The location, service, design, and comfort are all unbeatable. Our butler, Cici, and Yu Xiang were both incredibly kind and helpful. The spa also far exceeded my expectations. Staying here for just one night was incredibly relaxing.
