A relatively new hotel with very friendly and attentive staff. I was particularly impressed when one of the staff members remembered my name! That personal touch made the stay feel more welcoming. Everything was really great. From customer service to facilities, amenities, breakfast, location. There is also a spa on 9th floor with 3 private onsen rooms and a public onsen room aswell. Room is pretty big for japanese standards. Would totally recommend staying here.

It's pretty good. It's near the ski resort, and the price-performance ratio is probably relatively high among the surrounding areas. There are Japanese and ********* people in Sushi House, and the service attitude is very good and very friendly. I took my children there alone and received a lot of care.
