   The fact the the receptionist , who was extremely pleasant btw, greeted me by my name, always smiling and personally took me to my room was such an excellent experience. The hotel also had two nice pools. The one on ground level had nice, modern bar. The one on the fourth floor gave me a different perspective of Arraial with the turquoise ocean view and its nice White House’s on the hill. B
