We greatly enjoyed our stay at Nava. We are especially grateful for the friendly staff. They were extremely accommodating and helpful, definitely doing way more than expected for us, especially Hoan. It was very quiet at the location because it was the tourism low season. The hotel also arranged a day tour for us to Phong Nha Caves which was reasonably priced and very convenient.
