A big thank you to Mike and Areeba! Areeba's fluent Chinese and natural, welcoming demeanor made the check-in process smooth and easy to understand. Mike, our butler, was incredibly efficient; he responded quickly to all our requests. The hotel itself is very comfortable, and its location is convenient for getting around. Overall, we had a fantastic stay.
