Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The host was very responsive, and the room facilities were excellent. It would be even more perfect if the surrounding outdoor areas were tidied up a bit.

   Once we arrived at the hotel in our rental car, a staff was there to greet us and brought our luggage into the hotel. Checking in was a breeze. The room is big and it comes with a private onsen. The view of the lake from the room was magnificent. The cleanliness and service is top-notch and the japanese breakfast was excellent.
