We stayed at the Oryx for 3 nights (30/07/-01/08/26) as part of our family trip to Jordan. What can I say?! The service and customer care, was exceptional. Many thanks to Ahmed, Duty Manager, when we stayed for taking very good care of us. All staff go out of their way to help, from front of house to housekeeping. The facilities are great, outdoor swimming pools, sauna, steam, massage and gym.
