The room environment is excellent, and the view outside the window is also great. The hotel contacted me a day in advance, and the hotel butlers, Fairy & Rina, provided excellent service. From the lobby entrance to the room, all the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It definitely lives up to its reputation as one of Chengdu's top five luxury hotels. Highly recommended! 👍
