Our stay was absolutely wonderful, the room was amazing and the staff were very friendly. The kaiseki dinner and breakfast course was the most intense that we've ever had. Their onsens were very good, if you arrive right on check in and then rush to the rooftop onsen you may be able to have it yourself and that was a very nice and memorable experience. They have an iPad that tells you how busy
