The location and the staff's service were particularly good. Most of the tourist spots like Cairns Central Station and the Esplanade are about a 20-30 minute walk away. The hotel's front desk staff were also all very warm and friendly. It was a great help that they would fill up my water bottle at the hotel bar if I had one.
