The desk staff were friendly and accommodating. They gave me a 19th floor room. The crows outside this location were the most exquisite fabulous experience I think i've ever had at a hotel. I felt that you all should make use of the experience and build them some shelter and accommodate them more luxuriously , so they're a well taken care of part.    It was great location with family exploring the city. Walking distance to 16th free bus to union station. Many restaurants around nearby. We had a great breakfast Sam’s no 3 just less than 5 mins walk from hotel. The hotel itself is very new and clean. Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. We had a lovely stay.
