Overall, an enjoyable comfortable stay. What we liked:  The customer service from all staff were great. Special mention to the unsung heroes - Housekeeping for their consistent service. Room was always great. The food and drinks from Skylounge restaurant was great. The bed and pillows were heavenly. Super comfortable. Hotel was sparkling clean throughout. We were on level 11. What we didn´t like
