The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful! They even offer airport pick-up service. The hotel provides complimentary coffee, and when I asked about it, they were very responsive and accommodating. Breakfast is included, and it's an American-style breakfast with fresh waffles that you can make yourself – a really nice experience.
