Houston Grand Hotel - River Oaks

The Houston Grand Hotel let me tell you about my 🛑 awful experience. Upon checking in the female attendant 🛑applied🛑 $350 deposit on my CC without advising me. My room was prepaid before arrival & it was just for myself Solo Traveler. This was egregious! Mr. Richard assisted me to my room 215 gave me a lovely tour.
