The hotel offers Chinese-speaking staff who were incredibly friendly. The hotel environment is truly excellent. Among the four hotels I stayed at in Laos, this was the only one that proactively contacted me a week in advance via WeChat to arrange pick-up. For that level of service alone, I'd give it 100 points! The hotel is located halfway up Mount Phousi, offering beautiful views of Luang Praban
