The service staff, especially in the restaurant, were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. A bit more cleanliness in the room would be desirable. The room booking via Trip.com was confusing regarding the actual room type, and we had to pay a hefty upgrade (100€/day) to get a similar one! The hotel was somewhat accommodating with the add-on of the AI-Premium package.
