We were in Graz to see the opera and this hotel has the best location for it, a 3-minute walk! The city center and sights are all within walking distance. The room was beautiful and completely (!) newly renovated, the soundproof windows are worthy of their name, very quiet sleep despite being on the street side. Very attentive and humane staff.
