We went with our kids at a time when the place was basically empty. In spite of that, the staff was wonderful. We chose the hotel because of the location. It's right around the corner from the Adventure Valley and from Durbuy. It is in a great area for seeing castles, caves, and rural Belgium. The breakfasts were absolutely great.
