We had an excellent relaxing week's stay at the hotel. The staff were welcoming and friendly. All email communications ahead of our stay were timely and informative. The location perfect in the centre of Bale, with a free car park opposite (in the hotel section). The atmosphere was relaxed, the rooms clean and the shower room great. Quiet location.
