A beautiful lodge surrounded by nature. Luxurious yet tastefully furnished bungalows. Excellent food; the restaurant even has a bar. The boat safari is well worth it, and otherwise you can simply enjoy the natural surroundings and the exotic atmosphere. The helpful staff here make this experience perfect. The Signature Lodge with a private pool is well worth it! You absolutely must go there!

   Hantara Udawalawe is a fantastic boutique hotel with an eco-friendly vibe, using sustainable practices and local materials. The staff was warm and attentive, making our family of 13 feel welcome. The food was delicious, especially the traditional Sri Lankan dishes. Perfect for large groups with its smart layout. Highly recommend for a relaxing, green getaway!

   Elephant Rest Udawalawa

   We are a family of 4 adults and stayed here for one night having travelled down rom Ella. We loved it and really appreciated the swimming pool to cool down. This is brilliant value, close to the park entrance, tastefully decorated, great food and helpful staff who organised the safari for us. Would recommend.
