We stayed one night in the ice hotel, did the ice sculpting activity during the day of our stay, and had the tasting menu for dinner. The staff was fantastic and really friendly - shoutout to Ida at the front desk, Philip and Romain, as well as Nathan, Magnus, and Maria in the restaurant. We went in the middle of the week during the winter and it was very quiet. We spent time in the main lobby
