This place is near to Pasir Bogak, also near to Lumut Ferry Jetty. Bonus, near to duty free place, mr diy, and if u plan to go during school holidays it will be perfect. Theres fireshow at 3 places, 2 itself is at pasir bogak, another one is at teluk nipah. Overall the place is cozy and clean to stay, nearby so many interesting places

While the property is highly impressive, enhancing the breakfast buffet would add significant value to the stay. Note that the beach is located within a 300-meter walking distance.
