The service was excellent. During check-in, the staff were very polite and assisted in both English and Japanese. They also readily accommodated my prior requests. This might be the first time I've received such kind service at a hotel in Korea!

   Excellent value for money! 🤩 We were pleasantly surprised; the air conditioning, dehumidifier, and even a sender – everything was there. It's super close to the metro, yet the soundproofing is good, and the staff are very responsive.
