Location is very convenient, from Mestre train station, you can take the tram and then walk about 3 mins to the hotel. I wish I had known this instead of walking all the way with my luggage. Buses to go to Venice is just in front of the hotel. And there's a Eurospar where the bus stop is. Many shopping and eateries nearby.
