I want to commend the hotel staff. They proactively communicated before check-in, were very polite during check-in, and even gave us some New Year candies at check-out. The family room itself was pretty standard, clean, tidy, and aesthetically pleasing, with good soundproofing. All the necessary kids' amenities were provided, and the bedding was comfortable; our family of four slept really well.
