We booked months advance. It was a special occasion for my elderly mother of 82. We explicitly requested 2 of their best rooms. Upon arrival, the location was excellent, right by the castle and Cathedral. We were there for the Christmas markets. There are 4 steps into the hotel (no disabled or pushchair access). I had 4 suitcases and a travel wheelchair. No help provided to enter the property.
