Lovely welcome by John, again. Who even after 4 years since our last stay, remembered us. We had room 5 this time. Nice bright room overlooking the rear of the property. Very quiet room which is a bonus so near the busy seafront road. Room had everything we needed including the much appreciated ceiling fan as we stayed during the "heatwave". Delicious breakfast again, in the nice breakfast room,
