This hotel was so very nice. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a balcony suite and it was beautiful! Beautiful view of the pool from our balcony. Sandro at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The bed was very comfortable here and we loved the rainfall shower. Breakfast was superb--shout out to Crystal for her excellent work ethic and sweet smile every morning. Short
