I had to leave at 4am to return my rental car at the airport and the guy at the front desk had no clue as to directions for me to get to the rental; car return at the airport. He gave me the impression that he could've cared less about helping me. The shuttle driver did help and gave me great directions though. Otherwise, I would'

    I love this hotel. The greatest perk is the kitchen, with all you need to make it a home away from Home. Super comfortable bed and beautiful bedroom setting. Lighting and windows treatments. Great couch and clean bathroom facilities. Will go back as often as I can. Customer service at the front desk is top notch.
