Incredible service! Kaiseki, room, surroundings, onsen - everything is top notch! Walk around and see wild deer, a waterfall and a museum of a Japanese director. Bought gifts in the souvenir shop, had a great time and relaxed. The staff is very cool!

The location is great and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for people who like Japanese food. The dining area is partitioned off like a semi-private room, so you can dine in peace. You can use the open-air bath for free for 40 minutes. There is a sunken kotatsu table in the room.

A real Japanese experience in a traditional Japanese Ryokan building with beautiful surroundings. Very polite staff and accommodating to meet all our needs. The standard is very high.

The owners are very warm and welcoming. Even though I became ill and collapsed, causing them inconvenience, they treated me with such warmth, and I was truly grateful. The food was also delicious. A squirrel came to visit every morning. The amenities were also great. I would love to stay again.
