We had a very pleasant stay at Phoenix Lodge. Gillian and all of the staff were very friendly and made us feel at home from the moment we got there. We had a lovely view from our room. Our wine club celebrated our Christmas party at Head Over Hills. The food and service were excellent with owner Martin hands on and making us feel very welcome. The hotel has the best position and view on the Garden Route and we all felt very privileged to be there. Highly recommended!!
