A couple of rooms in a house located directly across from the Nine Arch Bridge, surrounded by forest. Clean and well-appointed rooms, very good and plentiful breakfast served on the terrace overlooking the bridge and watching the trains clatter by. Very friendly and attentive service. The only downside is that to reach the main road, you have to walk down a very steep path that can only be access

Service is excellent; in particular, staff at the restaurant. 10/10.  4- On short notice, p.i.c. at reception even helped me to book a tuk tuk sight seeing tour of hotspots in and around Ella.     An excellent location in the heart of the mountains, offering breathtaking views. The city is around 15 mins from the resort and it's very lively with plenty of options for food and having an evening stroll. Transportation with tuk tuk is available at ease. The staff was very friendly and it has a nice infinity pool.
