An excellent location in the heart of the mountains, offering breathtaking views. The city is around 15 mins from the resort and it's very lively with plenty of options for food and having an evening stroll. Transportation with tuk tuk is available at ease. The staff was very friendly and it has a nice infinity pool.

Service is excellent; in particular, staff at the restaurant. 10/10.  4- On short notice, p.i.c. at reception even helped me to book a tuk tuk sight seeing tour of hotspots in and around Ella. Will surely stay here again should i be in Ella again.

   We had a pleasant stay at Senu Ceylon Hotel. Breakfast and fried rice are delicious. Room is clean. They can arrange the tours around the city. Krishantha and Abhi are welcoming and they did a great job. Thank you.

   A couple of rooms in a house located directly across from the Nine Arch Bridge, surrounded by forest. Clean and well-appointed rooms, very good and plentiful breakfast served on the terrace overlooking the bridge and watching the trains clatter by. Very friendly and attentive service. The only downside is that to reach the main road, you have to walk down a very steep path that can only be access
