Very comfortable and welcoming. All staffs are great and they have free Happy hour & BBQ (bacon and marshmallow) in onsen hotel, it was so much fun. The hotel is also beautiful, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Favorite part of a wonderful onsen in Otaru. Highly recommend the stay. The food and place are wonderful.
