We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children, and the room was perfect for us. The room had 4 beds and windows, which made it spacious, bright, and comfortable. Very comfortable and welcoming. All staffs are great and they have free Happy hour & BBQ (bacon and marshmallow) in onsen hotel, it was so much fun. The hotel is also beautiful, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Favorite part of a wonderful onsen in Otaru. Highly recommend the stay. The food and place are wonderful.

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful. Villa was very well kept, with excellent views of the ocean. Pleasantly surprised by complimentary puddings and drinks. Manual grinder and coffee beans were a nice touch. Cons: Unable to drive directly to the villa due to safety policy. This made loading/unloading luggage very inconvenient. The walk to the carpark required negotiating a slippery gravel slop
