This place gets a thumbs-up for its environment. The facilities are great and new (the toilet is even smart!), making it feel more like a hotel. The service attitude is also excellent. The viewing platform on the 6th floor offers fantastic scenery; I was amazed as soon as I stepped out of the elevator. Oh, and the chair in picture 5 looks incredibly comfortable!

Great views, definitely InterContinental's top-tier in China. The villa area has fresh air, and getting around is super convenient with Lijiang Ancient Town right out the back gate. Jocelyn provided professional and attentive service. I'd choose this hotel again next time I visit.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. We traveled from Dali to Lijiang, and this hotel's location in Lijiang is superb – very close to the ancient city. The room amenities are comprehensive, and the room itself is spacious with a balcony. The king and twin bed setup was perfect for traveling with kids during the busy summer holiday season!
